Welcome to Alana Monèt Photo! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website and/or booking our services, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

Alana Monèt Photo provides professional wedding and engagement photography services. All services are subject to availability and are provided based on the terms outlined in our client contracts.

2. Bookings & Payments

A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure a booking.

Final payment is due by the agreed-upon date outlined in the contract.

Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may request a reschedule based on availability and at the discretion of Alana Monèt Photo.

Cancellations by the client may result in forfeiture of the retainer fee.

In the unlikely event that Alana Monèt Photo must cancel, a full refund will be issued, or a suitable replacement photographer may be arranged.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All images are the intellectual property of Alana Monèt Photo and may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

Clients receive personal usage rights for images but may not alter, sell, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Liability & Force Majeure

While we take every precaution to ensure the best results, we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as weather, venue restrictions, or technical failures.

In the case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, illness, etc.), we will work with the client to find a suitable solution.

6. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared or sold to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
